German Spoken Punctuation
WhisperTyping's transcription engine automatically adds punctuation like periods, commas, and question marks as you dictate. For more control, you can also speak punctuation commands explicitly in German — say the punctuation name while dictating, and it will be converted to the appropriate symbol.

Gemischte Nummerierung: Wenn Sie "Nummer Punkt drei" sagen und danach "nummerierter Punkt", geht die automatische Nummerierung von 3 weiter und gibt Ihnen 4, 5, 6, usw.
Tipp: Die Transkriptions-Engine fügt in vielen Fällen automatisch Satzzeichen hinzu. Wenn Sie feststellen, dass gesprochene Satzzeichen mit der automatischen Interpunktion in Konflikt geraten, können Sie die Satzzeichen-Einstellungen unter Einstellungen → Transkription anpassen.
Start with a lowercase letter / Mit Kleinbuchstaben beginnen
The transcription engine normally capitalizes the first word of every dictation. If your cursor is already in the middle of a sentence and you want to keep writing without forcing a capital, begin your dictation with the word “Kleinbuchstabe” as the very first word. It is stripped from the output, and the next word stays lowercase.
Example: Cursor is sitting after “Ich ging zum Laden und”. Say “Kleinbuchstabe kaufte etwas Brot” and you get “kaufte etwas Brot” (lowercase “k”) appended, instead of “Kaufte etwas Brot”.
This only works when “Kleinbuchstabe” is the very first word you say in that dictation.
